International Expansion

In the golden autumn of 2014, the fourth Shanghai International Modern Teapot Art Biennale was held along the banks of the Huangpu River in Shanghai. Ceramists from multiple countries came together to exchange skills and jointly explore new artistic directions.

Transcending geographic and cultural boundaries, the teapot art on display embraced a rich diversity of creative expressions. Over the course of four editions, the exhibition has grown into a significant international platform for ceramic art exchange, continuously supporting Shanghai's arts and crafts industry in its ongoing pursuit of innovation and new developmental pathways. This retrospective is offered with sincere gratitude to all participants and supporters.
